Before Restoration

Damage Condition

This water color on 300gms art paper depicting a walk in the woods was badly handled. Sticky brown tape adhered all around on the front, with the artist – Ariel’s signature on the bottom right hand corner. The painting had masking tape on the reverse with writing in pencil. This was the 3rd in a series of 4 paintings as indicated on the back.

After Restoration

This water color painting was satisfactorily treated through aqueous processes, and sized and re-touched where water drops had previously damaged the artwork. Thus returning the painting to how the artist intended it to be!
